My CSA warned us that our shares (well, technically, my half-share) would be a bit light at the start of the summer.
Behold, week three: chard, arugula, spinach, red leaf lettuce, half a head of cabbage, cilantro, a huge bunch of dill, radishes, onions, zucchini, and eggs.
If this is “light”, I’m going to be inundated by August. Please oh PLEASE have good tomatoes.
Tonight, I plan some recipes!
Spotting a union rat is guaranteed to make my day. Not for philosophical reasons — I’m generally pro-union, but not always — but there’s just something about a giant inflatable rat. Right?
